@temcha - No way! Okay, so I'm a cert. IT, and a client has this Vostro 7620 - got it new about 4 months ago... SAME EXACTLY ISSUE!! ALSO client gets the Complete lockup/Freeze (often showing heavy ARTIFACTING in last image on screen) (No BSOD, tell tale sign of hardware issue vs Ones&Zeros)...
