Here is an update. Random restart happening as well as fTPM issue so disassembled the system and there's the issue, a few bent pins on the motherboard! I could have cried. Not to worry, even though it was my fault Scan here in the UK said they will cover costs as they like to build good customer...
Just an update, got a Gigabyte dTPM module and that has solved the problem.
Various suggestions from Gigabyte support didn't work, only installing a dTPM worked!
Lots of TPM issues on forums and all relating to AMD wouldn't you know!

I have one of these headers on my motherboard
Gigabyte points to a microsoft 10 site which say to make sure latest SSU and CU are installed (they are) else contact the manufacturer!
I'm on windows 11. Guess I'm going to reinstall windows after all. Maybe disable TPM.
Oh me of little faith! I've got a reply from Gigabyte with reference to this Microsoft page. It refers to windows 10. I'm on 11.

Got the latest chipset drivers installed but still getting the TPM error.
The event viewer says 'For further help, please contact the computer manufacturer' so I've left a message with gigabyte support on the 17th March so lets see how long it takes for them to reply (no doubt they'll say...
I'm not using a discreet TPM module. There is no option to 'clear TPM' from the actions tab!
Also secure boot is enabled in the bios. Might have to reinstall windows as a last resort.
