  1. Error Message On Boot: blinitializelibrary failed 0xc00000bb

Hi Guys. So, here's what happened. I discovered that the relatively new Samsung SSD boot drive had a manufacturing defect. Apparently, affecting the boot sector. Using Bootrec or Fixmbr did not work. Fortunately, I had two brand new Samsung SSDs on hand. I put the defective drive into another...

  3. Error Message On Boot: blinitializelibrary failed 0xc00000bb

Hi Guys. One of my computers gives this error upon boot up: "blinitializelibrary failed 0xc00000bb". Anybody have any ideas? Googled a few 'answers', but none (thus far) have worked. Thanks.
  4. StartAllBack

Hmmm... It seems StartAllBack v3.9.3 has been released. StartAllBack to fix all Windows 11 deal-breaking UI issues. I'm going to give it a try on my 'test' computer to see what changes have been made.
  5. StartAllBack

Thanks Spacedust. Trying all suggestions given here. Out of 11 of my Win 11 242H builds, only three are experiencing the issue.
  6. StartAllBack

It's a "release candidate" version that the author is ready to give his stamp of approval for general consumption. I'll wait for the "final" version.
  7. StartAllBack

Thanks again Edwin. It's not the end of civilization. Each & every one of the Win 11 machines have identical system specs, since I built them all. Perhaps it's some individual software or application that might be causing the issue. As per Pro User, dacrone's suggestion, I'll give it a go. If...
  8. StartAllBack

Thanks dacrone. Got it. I give your suggestion a try.
  9. StartAllBack

Hi Edwin. On those computers that the "Select All" option is not showing, I don't see any of the features pictured in the images. Maybe I have 3 rogue copies? <lol> BTW, I've tried the W7 Command Bar, but it's not my cup of tea (visually). I remember that from my old WIN 7 build of many moons...
  10. StartAllBack

Thanks for responding Edwin. I always use the Win11 Command Bar.
  11. StartAllBack

Hi Guys. I've bought multiple licenses for this application, and have installed on many Windows 11 242H versions. I've noticed that on at least three installs, the "Select All" option is missing in the ribbon of File Explorer. (I use this feature a lot to delete multiple files at once). Is there...
  12. Why Do I Need Administrative Privileges To Empty Recycle Bin?

Okay. The next time it happens, I'll use "LockHunter" to determine its origins before I send it to the Recycle Bin.
  13. Why Do I Need Administrative Privileges To Empty Recycle Bin?

HI LesFerch: Here's a screenshot. (This is a file that was in my "Temp" folder). Just popped up while I was emptying the recycle bin.
  14. Why Do I Need Administrative Privileges To Empty Recycle Bin?

Hi LesFerch: It Happens randomly. The next time it happens, I'll post screenshot.
  15. Why Do I Need Administrative Privileges To Empty Recycle Bin?

Same here. UAC is extremely annoying -- especially when you're installing software that you have previously vetted.
