Hmmm... It seems StartAllBack v3.9.3 has been released. StartAllBack to fix all Windows 11 deal-breaking UI issues. I'm going to give it a try on my 'test' computer to see what changes have been made.

It's a "release candidate" version that the author is ready to give his stamp of approval for general consumption. I'll wait for the "final" version.

Thanks again Edwin. It's not the end of civilization. Each & every one of the Win 11 machines have identical system specs, since I built them all. Perhaps it's some individual software or application that might be causing the issue. As per Pro User, dacrone's suggestion, I'll give it a go. If...

Same here. UAC is extremely annoying -- especially when you're installing software that you have previously vetted.
