I discovered the problem was with Freecommander file manager.

I already tried the above multiple times; does not work. Note that also, when using Windows Explorer the default Infranview is recognized and opens without a dialog. But in other file browsers, it does not work.

When you use Winkey-h to activate voice typing, you get a microphone in the tray and a box with options. Is there a way to disable the display of the box and just show the microphone icon in the tray when the voice is toggled on/off? Windows 11 22H2
