I found the previous Edge and installed it; the problem is gone and Edge operates fine with the older Edge. It may have been a bad download for that update.

I did that but no help, all my extensions were off and I reset everything, but no good. My lates Edge is: Version 131.0.2903.48 (Official build) (64-bit). I think this happened after that update. If I had saved the previous update I would install it, but I do not have it.
