    Thanks for troubleshooting that explorer problem ... was driving me crazy. I wish they would stop forcing these things on us ... why can't there be an option in the folder options to untick this if you don't want to use it. :(

    Exactly ... a cold boot is not the same as a restart ... this tool is ONLY for a restart measurement ;)
