What language and country did you select? Also, I'm guessing it would only work as a fresh new install, and wouldn't if you tried a repair install keeping all the stuff currently installed ?
Is it available anywhere other than microsoft store? You never know when they'll break it, then update and there's no way to go back to an earlier version that works right. I do my best to avoid anything that's only available at their store.
I suggest taking an image of your drives, using something like macrium reflect or a similar program. Then you could experiment as much as you like. If something goes sour, just restore your backup images and everything will be as it was.

Read Megahertz's post. It is pretty detailed. I'll add that it may be better to use the microsoft program "mbr2gpt" to convert your drive to gpt, but it works best in offline mode. And you MUST boot your flash install drive in uefi mode. Otherwise, it will stick to mbr.
