I just registered to comment on this as this is pretty much the only thread I can find on this issue.... I had a user who's Dell XPS laptop went from Win 10 to 11 automatically and this same issue occurred - onboard keyboard would not work and the "Standard PS/2 keyboard" item in Device Manager...
