It might be "glitch" in the configuration. You could try opening Folder Properties in File Explorer and resetting everything to default values. Also, clearing the thumbnail cache and temporary files using Disk Clean-up. You could also clear the Windows Size/Location cache.

I might be worth checking your hardware. At the very least a memory diagnostic and SMART check of your SSD. Did you reset the BIOS at any point?
