So is there any way to know if I have server RAM or desktop? How to tell the difference? I'm pretty sure I need ddr4, non-ecc, unbuffered/unregistered. But I see 'desktop' ram with these specifications.

Thanks! I guess the main issue I am having; is determinizing desktop ram from server ram. I believe the board will allow for either, just not together. What I have now I think is server.
