    I guess the question is simply how would I find and install an update manually so it registers that it is updated?

    the one you were looking for is apparently located differently on my computer than on yours. It saw there's an issue, but it did not fix it.

    It was uninstalling an update that got it into this situation. I have tried installing anything else that may have come with the one I removed as well.

    Is not helping...it gives links for Windows 10 and Windows 11, however, the l;ink for Windows 11 only goes to Windows 10.

    The reason this is something I feel I need to fix is because it won't get updates because it still seems to think it needs to finish installing updates that aren't there.

    @glasskuter my concern is not the update notifications. It is not giving me any kind of notification, it is only making it so I have to do an update restart while shutting down my computer though it does not do any update when I do this. @Berton the 22H2 update is what I uninstalled. Right now...
