I think there's a registry setting where you set hover mouse on minimized tab pop up delay to be 300 seconds or whatever. By using a large number the window is still going to pop up, but only if you hover constantly for 5 minutes.
update on this. Bestian said in reply to a question on amazon that this bluetooth chime is a permanent feature of the soundbar, a convenience for the user to make it easy to know when you device is connected, so I'm stuck with it.
it replies that I have the best driver. It does not make a sound when any other bluetooth device is connected/disconnected, its almost like there's an app running somewhere which is set to notify me when this particular bt connection changes status.
The sounds menu is set for no windows sounds but there is still audio for apps and files. Here are my audio devices. Regardless of which audio output active, the bluetooth disconnect chime happens anytime I do rightclick > disconnect to the headphones.
the optical cable for the soundbar (bestian s8520) I use with my win11 PC is going bad, so I unplugged it and am now connecting with bluetooth. Works fine this way, under bluetooth settings the soundbar is called S9920 with an icon of some headphones. Anytime I put my pc to sleep or wake it...
Re-starting this thread because the title is perfect for what happened to me. For some at least, the fix was to make sure "share system notifications" is checked in iphone's bluetooth device information. But my iphone does not even offer me the option of share system notifications in that menu
