Thank you so much for the instructions! Riot games require Vanguard to run so I'm not sure how to test it but I will observe for a few days without any Riot game or Vanguard at all. Because even if I don't play as frequent, the anti-cheat still runs in the background. I'll be back with an update.

That's also one of my suspects! I'll do a clean reinstall of any Riot-related programs.

I'm back with the results, these ran for an hour each. Unfortunately I can't test it for longer hours because of needing it for work usage and other reasons. No crashes happened or artifacts on the screen. Thank you for the recommendations!
