I want to remove the app from the list, not to switch between GPUs

As the image shows, the remove button is missing from Gpu Preferences for Apps list (System->Display->Graphics). Does anyone know how to fix it? I use a laptop with secondary GPU (Nvidia RTX2060). Ty.
