So after I put in my Correct Pin it says this so I hit forget your PIN - then it says to setup my PIN again and I get your credentials could not be verified so I hit OK

I'm using a Microsoft account that I've been using for years now, as well as a pin. I've tried several times to click on forget password but nothing happens?

When I try to log in I get, Your credentials could not be verified. Im typing this on a mobile phone.
