is there copilot for Polish users in this compilation?

I installed this update 22635.2841 (23H2) - Dec. 4 but I don't have these widget settings, how do I enable these settings?

I updated to this version 22635.2419 and again I didn't get copilot, why do foreign users get this option and I live in Poland and I haven't received it yet, it's not right that Polish users are ignored:mad:

i did as it says Open local group policy editor Go to: User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Copilot. Double click on Windows Copilot. but i still don't have it in my taskbar how do i finally run it?
