So I decided to rollback this update and after rollback I have removed both of my Gulikit Kingkong PRO 2 controllers from my Bluetooth devices and update after. So far this error message has not appeared again. I currently don't need to add these back again, but I will add at least one of them...

It's not fixed, I still get this. I guess I'm rolling back and disabling updates until April

You can always just go and use Linux. It's free.

After installing this update I am getting this after I click reboot or shutdown. Uninstalling this update DOES fix this problem so we can safely blame changes to explorer.exe in this update. The funny part is, it's not happening on my laptop. Issue happens on AMD 7900x
