So I did find another post with the same problem. My computer will work fine for a day and then it happens.
It turns out something else is grabbing DNS port 53. So what is the software that would show me the culprit?
I have Windows 11 pro with all updates. The problem is my DNS stops working sometimes after a day or hours. Rebooting will clear it but that is annoying.
1. Ping and Tracert to 8.8.8.8 and other addresses works fine so I know it is not an IP problem.
2. Resetting the Ethernet Adapter does not...

Disk 0/ Drive X is my storage drive for images. I am a photographer for fun.
Disk 1/ F: - is the new drive for the work install of Windows 11. I can easily format that drive and rebuild if that is the fix.
Disk 2 is my long time Dell drive that I would not want to format.
I work from home. The company recently hired a IT support company and I don't want them on my personal data. So I formatted a spare drive, installed Windows 11 with no problem and have the needed software installed.
The problem is boot. The pattern is it allows me to selection from two drives...
