I don't understand half of that, but I'm still unable to get items to pin in the Windows 10 menu. Let's take Windows Sandbox as an example. Search Sandbox > Open File Location > Open File Location on the shortcut > Right click WindowsSandbox.exe and "Pin to Start" That's right isn't it...
