Guys, I think this picture might be able to let us see more clearly on this problem. It might shown where the problem is located however I can't find the obs studio follow the shown path.

Sorry typing errors. It's Rav Endpoint protection. It be able to block the notification pops up.

If this problem still unsolved for a long time, maybe we should just resinstall system.

I wonder is it a malware accidentally installed in your pc. Did you downloaded anything recently?

I am having this problem since Nov 29 even though I am win10. Yesterday I use Rov and found out a malware like obs studio however I never installed this app. Rov delete the malware and the error stopped pop up whole day however it still happening today.
