Thank you all for your help. It didnt work with the first suggestion, the popup kept showing up, I tried the Dell Display Manager and it seems to have done the trick. Thanks very much again to you all for your prompt responses

How can I remove that popup every time I place my mouse on the top of a webpage to move it somewhere else? Its very annoying and it constantly changes the placement and size of my window. I would really appreciate any help in removing this option. Thanks very much
