Hello @Ghot, Thank you for the welcome message and instant reply! I forgot to mention, the "in-place" upgrade I did try as well. I'm trying to avoid a clean install, if possible.

0xc1900101 - 0x40017 2nd boot phase error is what I'm receiving when attempting to upgrade from Win 10 22H2 to Win 11. I attached a pic of the error message. I'll attach the upgrade and dev logs as well. Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated: setupapi.upgrade.log setupapi.dev.log...
