Hello, I am having the same issue. I managed to fix it by renaming the 3 or 6 folders in C:\Program Files\WindowsApps named Microsoft.GamingServices_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. If you can't see the WindowsApps folder it is because its hidden. Anw I also found that fixing my crashes I can't play Forza...
