I think I created a destination folder using 7-Zip.. Now how do I open the driver?

Hold on. I now see the menu bar I referred to on the 7-Zip app, Do I drag the file drive icon on to that? And if so, how? Thanks for your patience. Sorry

I installed 7-Zip, but when I right clicked on the drive file in downloads, I the only option that made sense to click on was Open. I did not sse 7-Zip. When I clicked on Open, I got the same error message. I got the exe file in a separate window, but didn't know where to drag it to. I don't see...
