I went back to Windows 10. I see in the Dell Alienware forums that others are having problems with dell software not working correctly. Logiteck G Hub was also giving me problems. So, I will give Windows 11 a try at a later date. Thank you, for your help.

I will try that. The program (Alienware Update) was uninstalled with RevoUninstaller so the only icon is the one that is not working.

No that didn’t help. I may have to do a clean install again to fix the problem. Thank you, your tutorials are the best.

Yes, I check all three options in the tutorial and it is not there. I have used the options in the past with other programs with no problem. When I right click on the app, I do not see Open file location. I do see uninstall but when I click it nothing happens.

I have also had this problem with Microsoft Office 2003 on Windows 11. Once I disabled OneDrive backup I was able to open Word files fine. If you have OneDrive backup enabled disable it and see if you can then open your Word files.
