Ok, i ran the wmic dism command and used windows iso to repair the system image before running the Tuneup plus this time it ran fine i also fully uninstalled everything riot related from the system and as expected the bsod stopped again (since vanguard isn't on the system anymore).

Ok, as instructed i used kavremover to fully unistall the two Kaspersky apps i had installed (the vpn and the password manager, i had a bug some weeks ago and already had uninstalled Kaspersky Plus using the kavremover) after that i reinstalled vanguard and the same behavior repeated, that being...

In theory it uses mainly the Intel GPU and the Nividia one only for high demanding programs, the behaviour should be the same on the battery for example the browser is always running on the IGPU since it isn't a high demanding application.
