looking at the error logs it looks like also getting this error microsoft.office.airspace.blocked graphics adapter reinstalled and updated graphics same issue might not be related

yes we have remotely deployed 365 , software protection is already set to automatic we use the semi annual license 365 is using version 16.0.185626.20472
