Same issue here, but only if the app is pinned to the taksbar. If its not pinned, it works as expected.

The combine taskerbar icons feature seems totally broken on on of my pc's. Even with the setting set to combine always, labels appear on pinned apps on the taskbar as soon as an app is opened. When the app is closed, the labels are still there. Another machine, which has followed the same...

This is only an issue using dark mode, like myself. If you switch to light, the drop down list is visible. If you click in the blank space, the entries are there and do work, you just can not see them due to the wrong backgroung colour of the box and/or font.

What I find interesting, is the wording for "Not Meeting" machines. Quote "you will not be eligible for future Windows 11 Preview builds." Could this mean we might still get official release updates, just not preview updates? Why else would they include the word "Preview" and not just say updates.
