Yes... All turned off except third party apps that I need. I suspect that this has something to do with my Office 365 subscription. Looked all through my Microsoft account for a way to decline but no luck.

Quoting myself since comments cannot be edited... Appartently this is an Ad from Microsoft wanting me to buy more OneDrive storage. I have three NAS devices with redundant backups so I don't even have thr onedrive app installed. Yet this annoying giant pop up continues to plague me.

I get the same annoying pop up and there is no "No Thanks" option anywhere in that pop up message. Still trying to figure out how to shut it off.
