Sorry didn't see this. That is not why I took it in. The main issue was the random blue screens. They randomly happen and the laptop monitor stops working upon restarting the computer. This is a sporadic problem and isn't consistently replicated.

It doesn't look like anyone opened it, and they quite literally made it available for pickup 1 hour after the last drop off. So I believe they just restored it again.
