I think that copying the old user to the new one is not a simple task. If I only knew what makes the new account search bar work and could apply to the old account... But till now this is only a dream!

I can't copy the Ntuser.dat file from the old account the the new one because the file is in use....

Yeah! Following the advise on that thread I succeed closing that strange window and I have the Windows Desktop!! And with the new account the search bar works!

I've never seen such a window, and I don't know neither why nor when it comes from... In that window you can't do anything (click on something, use any function key...nothing)

I create a new user without Microsoft Account and I change it to Administrator. When I try to use this new account I see the window below instead of Windows Desktop

Troubles came when I installed the Windows 11 update of January; after installing, the PC rebooted and asked me to type the PIN (as usually). After typing the PIN I expected to see the Windows desktop, but I see the screen below. I had to uninstall the update. The same happened with the updates...

I performed the In-Place Upgrade twice, following all the steps, but nothing happened. The first time from USB media, the second from ISO image.

Till now ther is not a solution: I give up... Thank you all for your availability.
