I don't have that on my laptop. I don't have Intel graphics command center program. I have the Intel graphics software program. When I just check my monitor display with windows, it doesn't show the 32' 4k monitor. System display only shows my laptop screen and the 24' 1920x1200 Asus monitor.

I'm using windows 11 pro. The main 32' 4k Samsung monitor doesn't show up at all when I check that.

If I were to check my display settings from windows, it only shows my other 24' 1920x1200 Asus monitor. The 32' 4k Samsung monitor doesn't seem to be detected. When the 32' 4k Samsung monitor is turned on, it shows displayport and black screen.
