I've Googled and read at least 20 pages of the same instructions. The only problem is where it says to go to the 3 browser dots, click on More Tools and then on Create Shortcut, I do not have Create Shortcut. Can anyone help?

I'm having vision problems. The screen seems too bright for me but when I go to System/Display I have no slider button to reduce brightness. I tried changing the default font to Comic Sans MS Bold and when I got to the "merge" part a window said I could only use binary fonts or some such thing...

Between Googling and the information gained here I finally figured it out. I do have a Microsoft account and when I log in there is an option that says "Forgot Password." Thanks, everyone!

I can't understand a word on either of those videos. I Googled it and apparently I have a Microsoft account. Bur I know I never used the password I have for my Microsoft account to sign into my Windows computer. I think there's something I'm not understanding here.
