I think your description is accurate, it's an issue of space allocation and size. My BIOS is 8MB and the area provided for Secure Boot variables was overflowed by some keys, some DBX entries were just too big to fit - probably like PCA 2011 you mentioned that MS has banned. The -Revoke switch...
