Rob and AddRAM I have tried all procedures in Enable or Disable Hibernate in Windows 11. Reboot/shutdown/restart item is removed. Wait 1-2 minutes and it returns (12.7gig) I have never had a problem with powercfg /h off before. No software that I am using has ever caused this problem. Noel

Thanks Rob for your assistance. Tried that and many other methods yesterday but on reboot item reappeared. Have just done procedure again, turned off computer, restarted and item is gone. Wait a minute. It has returned! Noel
