  1. Solved HELP! New Win11 Accounts with Administrator rights not able to modify C drive

I totally agree with you Linux experts on the hardcore technical engineering aspects of Linux. However, the mass majority of PC users only want to do the normal everyday stuff (eg reading emails, surf the Web) and are forced to use only Windows since Windows 1.0 was born. And countless...

"New Win11 Accounts with Administrator rights not able to modify C drive" means that I could NOT even do that.
  3. Solved HELP! New Win11 Accounts with Administrator rights not able to modify C drive

My comment was referring to the fact that any piece of software can cause havoc to your system like virus do. And Windows 11 is NO difference to itself.
  4. Solved HELP! New Win11 Accounts with Administrator rights not able to modify C drive

So you do know that MS was a virus that spread and killed off the better OS2 (at the time) and Linux and spread ALL over the world to have become the dominant virus. Is it not? 9. Solved HELP! New Win11 Accounts with Administrator rights not able to modify C drive

I did use a clean Reset feature to fix an issue on this box, BUT Windows 11 was not fully functioning. The Windows Defender was not even working so I had to do a clean installation from scratch. Windows itself is a virus :)
  10. Solved HELP! New Win11 Accounts with Administrator rights not able to modify C drive

Well well well. Re-installing my apps from a clean backed-up image the box and revealed the culprit. The tell-tale sign was there was no UAC prompt when I tried to copy a file into the OS partition. Any piece of software (either legit or not) could be a virus to Windows 11. An earlier version...

You think? You sound very cocky. I did say I am very experienced with Windows PC (probably even before you were born). Be kind to other members.
  12. Solved HELP! New Win11 Accounts with Administrator rights not able to modify C drive

I did an offline scan using the Win11 built-in anti-virus tool as it should be good enough.
  13. Solved HELP! New Win11 Accounts with Administrator rights not able to modify C drive

I will re-post this issue on the MS Windows 11 forum to see if MS experts can shed a light on this issue.
