Odd when I enabled Linked Devices, it lists devices that were removed many years ago, and when i click Remove Device on the Settings page, the website that opens lists far fewer devices. So, something is out of sync at the moment.
Yes, we have had this chat. Got it repaired now. Booting from a Windows 11 usb did not work, so I made a Hiren bootCD to usb, booted and could repair the image

Had a few stability issues recently, so reinstalled from an ISO. But on restart the follow error is shown in Event Viewer:
