OK I fixed this with Winaero Tweaker, there is a setting there to change the startup sound

It found 6 PUP's and I have quarantined them. It doesn't change the error message and I cannot open this website still. I have tried different browsers, e.g Brave , Firefox and Google Chrome, still same issue and message about the website not being trustworthy..
