I mean it can search the file, theres no problem in finding the files its just i cant click it nor right click or enter. i just use the default apps that windows gave, but i have used notepad++ before for editing hex etc

Hi! not sure if this is a step up, but i removed the TEST account, then logged on my main account again, it worked! but then after i reboot its back again with the issue this is weird.

I created a test admin account and it worked! lol not sure how can i able to transfer all those apps into a new user Can i still fix this without creating another user?
