    SO FAR SO GOOD! Fingers crossed. Was successful in doing a fresh install of Windows 11, now it seems to be successfully recovering the system image (had to find my Bitlocker key (command prompt ) We'll see!

    I used the Windows Backup and recovery (Windows 7) To create the system image. I attempted recover it Using a Windows 11 recovery USB I changed RAID to AHCI While system was running, by booting into the BIOS menu, and changing it in there. Applying the changes and then restarting computer.

    I can't do that. When I get to that step (step 10), I don't have the option of Deleting. It's not clickable (greyed out). What is this about the disk having an MBR partition table? ugh.     I don't have the ability to disable the keyboard driver. It's greyed out. I can't disable or "rollback" the driver. But I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard driver, then turning off the computer, and that didn't work. I guess I'll have to accept the fact that Microsoft screwed me...

    Nope, it's not an external one. For now, I'll stay with fast-start disabled (not much choice really), but it's unnerving that there's a glitch lurking somewhere on my laptop lol. Hopefully another update will fix it.(y)

    Unfortunately, that didn't solve the problem. I updated to the latest OS build, and I'm still having the issue :( I now have build 26200.6901 and still no functioning keyboard upon start (with fast start option). :unsure:
