    the longshots: Device Manager looks ok? Clear cache Dump Prefetch

    Already did these? : DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth reboot, then: sfc /scannow cheers
