    Ahh.. Evernote.. the culprit By default it uses CTRL-ALT-S for screen capture, and in turn it launches the snipping tool. SOLVED.

    Is there a way i can unbind the CTRL-ALT-S shortcut from Windows 11? Registry hack? The shortcut launches Snipping Tool, but the app offern no option to change the shortcut.
