Hello you all , I was totally fooled. Mystery solved : C:\Windows\regedit.exe X C:\Windows\System32\regedt32.exe I found out that there are two regedits on Windows 11 as above. During all the time I trying to edit regedit.exe with no result. However with regedt32 is another story.

Alright , Registry editor may be enabled but by some reason it acts as if it is not. So far I have never had this issue before , every change I made was saved on previous versions , but it is not what happens with Windows 11. Changes are not saved. What to do next ?
