I've already been to that page, hence my question. It seems like there are no desktop PCs with NPUs with 40+ TOPS, therefore there are no Desktop PC's with Co-Pilot Plus. (A Desktop PC is one without a keyboard, mouse, or screen..) For the past decade, I've been using a pocket sized computer...

Does such a thing exist? What would I be missing if I got an AI PC, with no mention in the specs of an NPU with 40+ TOPS?
