    I've attempted to open cmd prompt using windows+r, and it will not open. I do not have a USB to make a recovery. I didn't see another way to open cmd prompt. When I shut down and reboot holding shift I still have no way to open it. It's like I only have part of the normal options that should be...

    Thank you for the info., but I'm not able to open command prompt at boot to proceed with this.

    It just sets there spinning like it's going to do something then bounces right back to the same page.

    When I go to advanced options I only have 2 options "Startup Settings" and "UEFI firmware Settings" Is there any other way that I can bring up command prompt?

    No it doesn't give me that option it's just a loop with the same message about pin. Thank You though

    I'm getting this error and cannot log in at all on my computer. Your pin is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. Click to set up pin again. I'm not able to go to start menu because I can't get into my system at all. Please help
