I thought there may have been a "drag" setting I haven't seen. Maybe it'll drag next update. It's no big deal. Just a curiosity on my part. I did find another setting in SAB I had been looking for and missed. Thank you sir and have a great day!

Grettings SAB'rs I have now replaced the operating system on my PC. Before the change I was able to DRAG the taskbar to the location where I wanted it placed. Install crashed twice. That has never happened to me. I removes StartAllBack just to be on the safe side . I'm going for a third try. It gets to just before 99 percent update. It then gets a green screen and then it goes back to the previous build.
