Nice. The time/date thing worked for me too. After reboot I turned time sync back on and still good (until I reboot again, I guess)

Tried safe mode, same problem. Basically nothing works or responds except my mouse. Recovery mode also doesn't have any option to rollback, uninstall any recent updates or reset. I can reboot to startup settings though.

Getting the same thing on two machines. The task bar has no icons and is totally unresponsive. Windows key causes the screen to flash/reload, but that is all.
