Ahh my bad. I failed to understand that this is a Windows Control Panel for media.

Odd..., seems to only happen with Chromium based browsers..., Firefox works okay, foobar and AIMP work okay...

controls hide automatically with no mouse movement, maybe someone else has a clue..... I use VLC...
