    I have the exact same board. BIOS v. 4505 will give you every updated Secure Boot certificate. Just something to consider. And I've never had Windows Update offer me a bios update, so I'm surprised they offered you one, and a very old one at that. PS...

    Even though it's turned off, Windows Update will create one before installing the latest CU. Here's from the 23rd, 26200.8737. Maybe so it can undo changes and roll back if something went wrong with WU.

    Or turning Secure Boot off, allowing booting of any usb stick. Might be a good idea to set a password just for that reason.
