How do I restore "Always" to the "Open with" context menu? Currently my only choice is "Just once". I know how to do it for individual apps but I want the choice for all apps. Thanks, Team.

Thanks, Brink. Maybe I should have started a new thread. I've uninstalled Calibre and rebooted but the Open With context menu still has entries for three Calibre programs (with generic icons). That's what I want to get rid of.

I need more help because, since the app (Calibre) has been uninstalled, there isn't an entry for it. Thanks.
